STORE INCHARGE

Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of incoming goods at all times.

Preparation and maintaining regular MIS reports and forwarding the same to the senior also conduct stock audits to control shrinkage and supervised visual merchandising in the Store and involved in inventory management to maintain optimum stock levels.

Verification of incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoice, purchase orders and packing slips, or other documents.

Issue of material (FIFO) from store will be done only after receipt of authorized issue slip with proper specification & place of utilization.

Making clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice and keeps & updates records of goods received and issued.

Identifying the Physical stock verification of all material and also makes the report of a stock statement of all material daily/monthly basis & to submit the report to Head office.

Handle petty cash and prepare credit, sales, and stock reports as a part of daily closings while managing the expenses of the company while maintaining the daily and monthly reports and ledgers.

Monitor and handle the overall operation of stores like Issue/Receiving of material, Store Management, Receipt of Goods, ensuring Storage requirement, supervising shift & store operation.

Raising indent to purchase department for purchase of material and Coordinate with the purchase department & vendors for monitoring the quality and the timely delivery of the incoming materials.

Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.

To reconciliation of material consumed against BOQ and variance analysis report for each project to be submitted to management.

Daily updating all incoming & outgoing material challan/Bill (GRN) in Tally ERP.9/SAP system and maintaining all records of material in the stock register & Assets stock register.

After receiving of incoming material of party as per PO and Bill verification as per materials received and bill transfer to the Account department for the process of party payment.

Creation of debit notes against chargeable material issued to Sub-Contractor.

Receiving uploading and stacking of materials as per quality and Safety norms.

Carrying out the appropriate product presentation, in-store-pricing, tagging, steaming, folding, and other merchandising activities.

Verification of all surplus/scrap material and co-ordinate with the transporter for the timely dispatch/shifting of material to central godown & also required by another site/party.

Maintaining 5S, FIFO, FSN Analysis and Inventory Controlling system in store area.

Keeping records, Store documents, and other Store-related activities.

Work with Purchase department as a Purchase Executive;

Analyzing the purchase requisition and ensuring timely availability of required material.

Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.

Choosing the Suppliers/Vendor and collect the quotation against purchase requisition.

Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.

Prepare purchase order by verifying specification and price.

Follow up with Supplier/Vendor for timely delivery of material.

Create and maintain good relationships with Supplier and Vendors.

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchase.

Examine and review products and suppliers to ensure quality.

Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
