Selected accomplishments/achievements include:
Developed and generated HR metrics to measure HR’s performance and value-added contribution. Developed a menu of HR data for manager’s use and decision-making analysis.
Designed, developed and implemented several training programs, including a comprehensive New Employee Orientation (NEO) that resulted in improved time to productivity and a 401(k) training presentation and financial seminar that increased understanding and interest in 401(k) plans that resulted in a 9% increase in the participation rate.
