California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) 06/15/2019 – 02-01/2020. Excess work comp adjuster, responsible for handling the future medical claims and cumulative injury until its conclusion. Provided the TPA with settlement authority to resolve the claims in its conclusion.

Determine coverage and resolve coverage issues. The claims consisted of auto Property damage and Bodily injury claims, slip/trip and falls, foodborne illness claims, fights, and fatality claims. Review of medical specials and negotiate bodily injury settlements with attorneys. Responsible for the handling of litigation and direction of defense counsel. Attend mandatory settlement conferences and mediations.

MAGNA CARTA INSURANCE - COMMERCIAL LIABILITY AND PROPERTY FIELD ADJUSTER - 01/2000 TO 01/2003.

Responsible for the investigation coverage and determining coverage issues, commercial property, and bodily injury.
