Manage the 22 SLAs for Problem Management and Severity (Priority) 1s and 2s for the UTC Account in Western Hemisphere insuring the SLAs are met and continually implementing new improved processes to reduce Service Desk tickets thus generating higher customer satisfaction for UTC, and better operating margins for CSC.

●Directed technical teams in multiple creation and implementation of IT Service Delivery Applications, DSR, RCA, Server Runbooks, Server Refresh Applications with JAVA and C# (.net) front and middleware for SQL Server on Windows NT Standalone and clustered.

●Accomplishments: Reduced number of monthly Severity 1s (ITIL Priority 1s) for UTC IT Infrastructure from over 150/month to under 20 for Western Hemisphere as UTC Account revenue for CSC expanded from $300 M/yr to $550 M/yr due to UTC new business acquisitions. Reduced SD Tickets by 30%

●2007-2014: Implement and deliver the ITIL Problem Management Process for the UTC Account North America and Global to improve processes to eliminate, reduce, and mistake proof infrastructure failures on 12K servers, 4K LAN switches, and 150K Desktop/laptops on IT infrastructure at 2000 sites globally.

●2007-2014: Problem Management Global Process Owner – Direct the Application Design, Development, Configuration, and Implementation of the GSM (Remedy 7 – Global Service Management System), Lead implementation globally for UTC including training. This created a fully automated end to end Incident Management-Problem Management-Root Cause Analysis with Action Items System.

●2006-2014: Server Installation Checklist Process and Application Owner – Made Process Owner and Application Manager as the result of being a lead for a Six Sigma Green Belt Project. Working with 10 LPMs, 70 PMs, and 300 Technical staff to implement improved processes and streamlined application for the Server Install Checklist with delivery of 1000 servers per year installations. Outcome: Reduced Steps from 26 to 14, created management reports, and conducted weekly status meetings. Reduce Avg Install time (server received in house to install into billable status) from 60 to 20 business days.
