I Lead the teller line in everyday operations as a Head teller. I quickly assessed member problems and resolved higher level discrepancies while providing excellent customer service. I was responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch while working under my manager.
As member Advocate I provided loans, member services, resolution of complaints and problems the member may be experiencing, and I met the expectations of my lending goal each month. I often exceeded lending and teller goals on a consistent basis.
I learned to do most member services, Loans, and basic banking over the phone while mastering my skills working in a Pandemic. I gained remote skills.

I was a teller at a high traffic location. I completed cash deposits, basic transactions, and maintained a balanced cash drawer and cash vault. I was tasked with monthly expectations of referrals, lending goals, and product referrals. I met and exceeding all goals on a consistent basis. I learned customer service skills while adapting to a new environment. I often floated between branches and acclimated to my surrounding quickly and positively. I thrive while in a fast paced and busy environment.
