I have successfully coordinated Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention activities in my assigned LGAs with all of these LGAs achieving 100% and above coverage of set target.
I have coordinated and ensured the training and supervision of all SMC personnel in my assigned LGAs.
Facilitated the involvement of all SMC implementation stakeholders at the State, LGA and community levels for effective programme output.
Led and coordinated advocacy and community mobilization that enhanced high acceptance of SMC.
Facilitated all SMC implementation meetings at the various LGAs and coordinated timely report of the progress of SMC activities.

Facilitated the implementation of community management of acute malnutrition, (CMAM) and infant and young child feeding (IYCF) services.
Ensured the community members are well enlightened on admission and discharge criteria for malnourished children to from the OTP.
Ensured fathers’ group and mothers care group are well coordinated for timely referral of SAM cases to the inpatient care center.
Contributed immensely to a reduction in mortality and morbidity of all SAM cases admitted in the IPC center.
