Mini-Project:

1.AUTOMATIC STREET LAMP

Automatic street lamp made of relay circuit and LDR.LDR can be used to detect intensity of sunlight. Here relay works as switch. The LDR output can be controlled with help of Audrino.The controlled output of LDR can be taken to relay circuit. Then the relay circuit forms closed path, which provides voltage to the light.

2.ROCKER BOGIE

The theme of the project is to avoid obstacles in the path way. Rocker bogie robot mobility system was designed to be used at slow speed. It is capable of overcoming obstacles that are on the order of the size of the wheels. It is cost effective. To avoid this, We are going to use pipes, motors, audrino, motor drive,90`and 45` angles. Rocker bogie can be used in military base, agriculture, etc...The Rocker-bogie suspension system has robust capabilities to deal with uneven terrain because of its distributing of the payload over its six wheels uniformly.

Main-Project: Modification of Telescopic ASH Unloading System Control with PLC

Automation is one of the most popular technology. Now a day’s all production based industries need automation,because it gives more advantages over manual control systems such as it reduces the man power, it reduces the operational errors it reduces the maintenance cost The main aim of the project is to automate the dry ash unloading into the closed trucks through telescopic chute. The unloading line systems is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller),but some sub systems are controlled by electromechanical relay system (hard wired control system).The relay control system looks towards many issues. To limit that issues the system are being modified from relay control system to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)control system, because it gives more advantages over relay control system .In the proposed system all the parameters are Controlled, Processed and Monitored with the help of PLC.
