The Company is in business of Industrial chemicals, agrochemicals & disinfectants manufacturer & suppliers in bulk & retail market. Organization having in total 500 manpower strength & turnover around 200cr.

Frame the General policy of the company in the field of HR, Administration Affairs & Employee Relations.

Prepare the annual Manpower Plan & Budget ( for two manufacturing units )

Perform Job Analysis and Job Evaluation for all new and revised jobs, based on organizational changes, using Job Evaluation Methodology, in coordination with the respective divisions and the organization development .
