ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment: Managing recruitment activities like preparation of Job Descriptions. Searching of CVs from Job Portals, Follow up with Recruitment Agencies. Screening of CVs. Short-listing of candidates after matching their profile with the requirements, Conducting the Preliminary Interviews.

Prepare the Salary Offer, Negotiation with the candidates. Sending them for pre-employment medical check-up and ensuring timely & smooth joining by successfully completing the pre-joining formalities.

Manpower Planning: Prepared Manpower report and a compiled HR Monthly Report. Induction & Training: Conducting Induction - educate the employees about the mission, and guiding principle of the company. Explain to them the organizational hierarchy.
