• Responsible for safe start-up, shut-down & emergency handling related to operations.

• To achieve maximum production with high efficiency and achieve minimum consumption of raw materials like limestone, salt, coke, Ammonia, and other chemicals.

• Process troubleshooting, process start-up & shut down operations of Vacuum Distillation, Absorption tower, Desalination, Vapour absorption chiller, cooling tower, steam tube dryer.

• Process troubleshooting, process start-up & shut down of equipment’s like Rotary drum filter centrifuge, fluidized bed dryer, Heat Exchangers, Liquid-ring vacuum pump, centrifugal pump, jet ejector.

• Maintaining safety standards and work permit system.
