Key Deliverables: Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for sourcing and maintaining the candidate pipeline on our database.

Analyze the need of the organization in terms of human resource.

Involved in Bulk hiring, Head hunting, Mass mailing.

Sourcing the profile from portals like Monster, Naukri, also from internal database, references and networking tools such as LinkedIn.

Working on different types of requirement ranging on different technologies for various levels.

Checking the quality and suitability of the CV as per the client requirement.

Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone, Email.

Short listing the candidates by the client’s requirements and then scheduling up the interviews for F2F, Skype and negotiating as per the Bill rates.

Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, ensuring the maximum of them are placed successfully within the organization.

Constantly be in touch with the candidate until joining.
