3.Transfer the RAW POLYOL from storage to DAY TANK.

4.Selected the Batch reactor to the required material for the blending process.

5.Transfer the required amount of polyol to the batch reactor.

6.Transfer the CATALYST to the Batch reactor.

7.Doing the blending for required time duration.

8.Given sample to the LAB for quality checking.

9.Transfer the production material to the storage tank.

10.Filling the production material in drums properly.

11.Handle the manpower properly in drum filling process.

12.Taking maintenance for the pumps, blowers, agitators properly.
