QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with over twelve (12) years of experience in Project management, finance, marketing, administration, and human resources. I have been working for Partners in Health (PIH) as a Senior Project Manager since January 2021, managing a portfolio of 5 different projects respectively: Covid response project and essential cares funded by the Inter-American Development Bank
(IDB), Covid community health response, and WASH funded by the French Development Agency, Gender equity funded by UN Women and by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and Maternal Child health funded by Kellogg Foundation. Prior to that, I was a Country Associate for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) where I was in charge of the overall malaria program with the MOH, and all the Country operations. In my mid-career, I worked for TechnoServe for five (5) years ensuring different roles, firstly as M&E manager, then as Project Field Manager, coordinating all project activities, and managing staff in the field, including recruitment, training, and reporting; lastly as Technical Program coordinator for a business development services program with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Prior to TechnoServe in my former role at Medical Emergency Relief International (MERLIN) as HR coordinator, I oversaw all services related to recruitment of National staff, payroll, and payment of income taxes, on boarding for new employees, coordinating staff appraisals, and health insurance system. Prior to that role, I was an Accountant managing cash flow, accounts receivable, recording transactions, prepare financial reports, and supervising cashiers, meaning I have a wide range of experience across all aspects of Project management, HR & Finance.
