• Act as strategic business partner to Group senior executive leadership team.

• Evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets & forecasts and also provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of the organization.

• Provide insight and analysis to support the Managing Director and ensure that business strategic decisions are grounded in sound financial criteria with suitable financial model.

• Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division/unit and weekly cash flow by division/unit.
