Responsibilities:
• Preparation of CAPEX, Managing Capital & Revenue budgets, Material Master Creation in SAP and closely monitoring cash flow.
• Detailed Schedule Preparation based on Project Master Schedule.
• Discussion with Supplier, Maintenance and Production Departments.
• Preparing the layout of the project as per the process flow, material flow & personnel movement needs. (with Lean enterprise concepts)
