Responsibilities:

• Preparation of CAPEX, Managing Capital & Revenue budgets, Material Master Creation in SAP and closely monitoring cash flow.

• Detailed Schedule Preparation based on Project Master Schedule.

• Discussion with Supplier, Maintenance and Production Departments.

• Preparing the layout of the project as per the process flow, material flow & personnel movement needs. (with Lean enterprise concepts)

• Equipment ordering and commissioning and also inbuilt safety standards implementation

• Design & Development of Tools, Jigs, Material handling facilities etc., & preparing maintenance schedule.

• Line balancing, re-layout to reduce cycle time, man Power planning &utility planning for new projects.

• Processes improvements and drive for cost reduction.

• Preparation of work instruction & Identification of training needs for the team.

• Support to the production for solving chronicle problems.

• Continual improvements activities with CFT – kaizens/ process improvement & establishment.
