Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and implementation of an Integrated Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001:2007), (ISO 45001:2018), NOSA Five Star Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015) HSE policies, manuals and HSE Management strategies.

Hazard/ Aspects Identification, Risk Assessment and Management.

Conducting SHE awareness training, accident/incident investigation and reporting.

Developing procedures, working instructions and ensure implementation.

Establishment and maintenance of the Integrated SHE company intranet.

Identify SHE projects, monitor progress, evaluate and compile project registers

Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual SHE operational reports.

Carrying out SHE internal audit planning, preparation, performance reporting.
