Preparation & standardization of inspection reports with the help of CFT.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams for products under development.
Setting, Controlling & Standardization of Machine & Process Parameters and updating Control Plans. (Processes – CNC Turning, Rolling, finishing, boring, stamping, coiling, Phosphating, Heat Treatment – Austempering, Annealing, Tempering).
Planning and conducting internal Process and Product audits as per plan & IATF guidelines.
Preparation & Updating Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA) as per plan.
Statistical analysis of Process, Measurement Techniques & Measuring instruments (MSA & SPC).
Associating with customers in performing Audits, submitting CAPA in 8D format in case of any Non conformity observed during customer audits.
Submitting PPAP documents to Customers during new products development & updating of documents.
Associating with customers to resolve quality issues – submission of CAPA in 8D format, responsible for horizontal deployment of preventive actions taken, updating changes in affected documents.
Member of CFT in conducting Management System Audits – ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, MACE etc.
Keeping record of drawings and standards, and review of revision or updating of Drawings or standards and informing to Suppliers and Customers.
Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues.
Manage and coordinate Parts per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.
Arranging Raw material Test Certificates from NABL approved third party labs.
Monitoring Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), setting targets and implementing guidelines taking preventive actions to reduce the same.
Making plan and updating live documents such as Control plan, PFMEA as per review plan with CFT, Suppliers and Customers.
Recording and monitoring 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine and Material) and keeping traceability of lots and communication with customer as per change management procedures.
Preparations of Work instructions & operational control procedures for all processes.
Planning and implementation of DOWNTIME strategy to reduce 8 type of wastes.

Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities.
Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
