I accomplished a diploma in crop production and management with an experience of 2 years working with KENUGA Uganda basically dealing with all the managerial aspects on the farm and these included labour supervision, field super vision, procurement of farm in puts like seeds, chemicals, farm tools among others, I also developed more skills in leadership relationships with workers and farmers. I also got more skills on chemical handling for better results in the farm fields.
