8/1/2018 to Present, Regional Administrator of West Florida Health Home Care. 1/1/2019 Name changed to AdventHealth Home Care. Operated three agencies: West Florida, Gulf Coast, and North West Florida as part of AdventHealth West Florida Division
Grew the company by 19% in 2018, and in 2019 the average daily census grew to 900, with 40% Medicare, 20% managed Medicare, and 40% Non-Medicare.
All three agencies maintain a star rating of 4 or above.
1/1/2015 to 7/30/18 Regional Administrative Director of West Florida Health Home Care, a Tampa General and Florida Hospital partnership
Directed three AdventHealth Homecare agencies in coordination with the 7 AdventHealth Tampa area hospitals. The census doubled in the first year.
Worked with Hospitalists and Case Management to reduce hospital readmissions.
Developed a post-acute care program with several of the ALFs and SNIFs to implement a seamless total care system for the patient.
Implemented a central intake department to improve communication between the acute to post-acute.
Partnered with Tampa General Hospital to be able to provide care for the high acuity patients such as transplant patients.
Started a Private Duty side to Home Care to be able to take care of patients that do not qualify under regular home care.

Directed three individual home health agencies, two were new startups, and the other was a take-over which had previously lost 1.5 million before I arrived and is now operating at a 17% profit margin.
The oldest start-up is at 26.5 % episodic profit margin.
Worked with leadership of nearby hospitals to improve working relations with home health, and thus reduced re-hospitalization of patients in 30 days, and improved care for the patient.
Worked to educate hospitalists and other physicians in the area regarding home care.
10/1/2004 to 2/1/2015, Administrator Chapel Home Health, Florida Hospital Zephyrhills.
Established a new Home Health Agency for Florida Hospital, which produced a profit the first year of operations 2005.
Successfully managed a budget exceeding $2 million.
We have received recognition as one of the Top 25% In the Nation Award for Home Health 5 out of the last 6 years.
Received highest patient satisfaction 6 out of 6 years.
Maintained the highest benchmarks in the AHS home care division.
Achieved a profit margin of around 30% or more every year.
Maintained a stable staffing level with very low employee turnover.
Received a 4.88 Grand Mean in the September 2013 GALLUP Employee Engagement Results.
Opened another Home Health Agency in Hernando County 2010.
