Key Deliverables

Client & Adhoc Transport:

-Maintain monthly MIS report of additional transport Adhoc to the senior management.

-Based on email approval from Senior Management as to provide special cab arrangement for the client/employees. The best quality of cab is been coordinated with the esteemed vendor in the market.

-Ensure tracking of the client’s cab is at priority till their discharge of the day.

Travel Desk, Board room bookings & Guest House:

-Coordinating with the Travel agency for Domestic / International Ticketing.

-Ensure tracking of the client’s cab is at priority till their discharge of the day.

-Hotel Bookings (specified) for employees coming to and going out of Mumbai on official assignment.

Stationery Management:

-Responsible for procuring stationary for Ocwen facilities and also monitoring & controlling the usage of the stationary.

-Prepare MIS reports for stationary bill validation.

-Monthly usage report is validated and sent to respective head of functions.

Security and House-Keeping Management:

-Daily supervise and monitor the utilization of the security guards, house-keeping staff, pantry boys and office boys.

-Assist the Facility Manager in the day to day facility management related services.

-Provide initial response to the Operations group and other enabling functions regarding Facility related issues.

Cafeteria Management:

-Conduct surprise checks of both the cafeterias to ensure cleanliness, check the quality and availability of food and check the counter staff for hygiene factors.

-Conduct food testing with high level of employee’s feedback and update in records so to ensure that vendor is providing quality, variety, and quantity control.

-Conducting food committee Meeting monthly with the higher management.

-Any outside food brought by employee is update to the vendor as to avoid any wastage.

-Monthly food festival is organized for the employees.
