Duties:

Doing market surveillance for goods and services for the Group.

Doing purchase orders for operating and capital expenditure

Doing hotel bookings for delegates according to the Old Mutual Travel Policy

Expediting orders and making sure that deliveries are made on time for both CABS and Old Mutual ordered goods and services

Compiling Service Level Reports and updating customers on the status of their requisitions. Preparing Purchase orders for vehicles due for services, repairs and maintenance as stipulated in the Fleet Management Policy
