I've experienced the few jobs, all in a similar atmosphere of customer service. Starbucks, the past 3 years had been a position wherein I've learned & gained the most skill at a job that is catered to a brand niche, by growing to understand the dynamics of what it means to work in a team environment in order to create the best brand/product experience for the consumer, possible. During the same amount of time, I restarted my personal brand in Filmmaking on YouTube 'Henry Sierra' of a diverse array in editing/production/filming/storytelling styles, & a scaling free-lance/lifestyle media production company 'Adaptation Creations'. This ignites a deep seeded passionate for movie-making from a younger age of 12 (currently 24), receiving my first Sony Handycam as a Christmas gift - a continuous effort & increasing momentum to build my own career in new media filmmaking. By working Starbucks mornings and business/brand-building afternoons, into nights, I've also encountered a massive amount of Humility, Patience, and Work-ethic: for both the "job" industry and, my favorite.. the dark, lonely, but fascinating pit of Entrepreneurship. I'm the best version of myself when I'm able to grow as an individual, by pursuing discomforting situations & what could seem as a busy or hectic workflow. I always prefer to provide Massive Value, Empathy, and Accountability to my clients, or job-environment customers in order to fulfill a wholesome brand experience, and hopefully create trustworthy/long-lasting connections.
