JOB DESCRIPTION
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
Produce as built and shop drawings, three dimensional modeling from design schemes and general assemblies into AutoCAD format; 3d render perspectives such as interior design, external building and landscape in Sketch-UP/V-ray Editing with Adobe Photoshop / Photoscape software.
Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.
Layout and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer- assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software; Reproduce drawings on copy machines or trace copies of plans and drawings, using transparent paper or cloth, ink, pencil, and standard drafting instruments.
Prepares drawings for all types of Landscape design with consistent accuracy, neatness and presentation and Attends to any direct instructions from Landscape Architect regarding the development and progress of the design drawings.
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary; Check on actual site dimensions, material fixed location, elevation levels and finishes as per site modifications for as built drawing production. WORK EXPERIENCE /ABROAD

Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing design drawings and scope of work, ensuring drawings are accurate. Perform structural plan analysis to ensure telecom buildings facilities and infrastructure is structurally sound and complies with standard civil regulations.
Review and approve contractor or bidder’s design submissions for compliance to telecommunications scope, applicable standards, codes and project specs.
Develop and document standard architectural engineering, construction and build practices aligned with industry standards & regulatory requirements.
Provide support and direction for staff engineers, contractors or consultants working on FSMTC’s projects. Participate as necessary in tendering, documentation and award of architectural construction work for FSMTC buildings & infrastructure projects.
Participate in electrical and mechanical engineering analysis & approval activities for expansion or modification of existing & new telecom plants/ facilities.
Source and perform type acceptance evaluations as needed on construction products materials or systems for use on project sites.
Participate in preparing relevant work orders for projects implementations. Provide architectural technical support during construction or operations activities at project locations or sites.
Work with other departments and third parties involved with FSMTC projects. Assists in project management as required in acquisition/construction of new facilities or modification of existing & new ones.
