-Responsibilities as an assistant was to preform simple administrative tasks and log trackers or dashboards.

-Responsibilities as a clerk was to carry out more complex personnel management tasks as well as manage work delegated.

-Responsibilities as a stand in chief was to manage the administrative innerworkings of a stay behind group of several hundred Marines and their families.
