ICF/ID Director – Oversight of 3 (8-bed) ICF/ID residential sites with 24 persons served and 50+ staff, organization’s nursing staff, ICF/ID person served enrollment, ICF/ID employee hiring & interviewing, organization training and development and HUD regulatory compliance. Manage collective program services of approximately 3.8 million and receive deficiency-free state surveys and program reviews.
