VCC Contractors, INC – Huntington, New York, 2020-Present o Consult on project management and cost estimation for various large scale general contracting, concrete and masonry projects, including:

§ The scheduled closure of the Action NYC municipal garbage transfer station Bronx, NY, which resulted in the replacement of the main two story truck dump ramp.

§ The construction management and build out of a clean room facility for Spirit Pharmaceuticals.

o Responsible for coordinating the workflow, scheduling, and budget of five to twelve tenant improvement projects at all times with each project size varying between 4,000 to 350,000 square feet of industrial construction.

o Ensured that all projects met strict temporal parameters to procure earliest possible rent commencement date.
