The Chamber is a non-profit organization and has a small staff complement. I gained extensive experience and knowledge from assisting the members of the Chamber. Having a wide variety of duties to perform and thereby constantly working under pressure, my leadership and communication skills improved tremendously. Most important skill learnt is managing time and working as a team player. I had the pleasure of being a mentor for a year when the Chamber subscribed to the learnership programme.
