Recent Occupation:
I am more than 03 years’ experienced in human development sector such as Youth Development, Poverty Reduction and Woman Empowerment under development arena. I am experienced in managing financial activities to organize project activities for social mobilizing mass people. I am experienced of working very closely with govt. officials such as District Administration, Police Department, Local Governments (DDLG, UP & Municipals), Health and Family Planning Department, Social Service Department, Youth Development, Woman and Child Affairs department of district and upazila level. I have served voluntarily as district leader of multi actor’s partnership (MAP) group under British Council in Platform`s for Dialogue Project (P4D) in partnership with Cabinet Division for strengthening policy tools mechanism in local government such as RTI, Citizen Charter, National Integrity Strategy, Grievance Redress System. The main theme of the project is to build capacity of mass people to influence govt. different policies towards social development as well as good governance by making platforms for dialogue and doing advocacy for social changes. Now I am working at Center for Health, Education and Environmental Rehabilitation Support (CHEERS) as a project assistant. CHEERS is a social organization which aims to ensure social justice in different aspects of development of under privileged group. On the other hand, I am a passionate member of Jagoroni Sangsad Kusumpur club and I have attended to various workshops and training programs. By this time I am determined to develop myself to set career through this renowned humanitarian organization and contribute to human development.

Management and supervision: Management of programme / project and supervises staff and fund. Experienced in developing strategic and operational to plan, budgeting, implementation, through analyzing the available resources and financial management. Guiding the team of implementing partner and ensure the quality of work supervising is important part which I have done in previous jobs and doing in present also.
Teamwork: I am always like to work within a team. As a part of team I always try to create and share different innovative and creative idea within the team to achieve our goal and do something different from others.
Program Monitoring: Experienced with monitoring (result based monitoring, output level monitoring as well as program monitoring) the implementation of program performance at ground level and recommend appropriate remedial actions to keep implementation on track.

Program Monitoring: Monitoring implementation progress and Result Based Monitoring analyze and identify gaps, indicate necessary action points to ensure implementation activities as per plan and to contribute to the achievement of key results.
