As a Customer Service/Inside Sales representative, was responsible for interacting with customers to satisfy their needs. Required determining where paper should be shipped from, based on an analysis of stock on hand and manufacturing schedules, as well as current shipping schedules and prices. Based on my performance, was also selected from all the department representatives to provide “preferred service” to several of the ‘select' customers.

Offering a background of a seasoned Travel Agent, was employed as a Customer Service Representative working as Counter Agent and cross-trained on ramp operations.
