Production Operations :

Looking into complete yarn & fabrics processing operations, which induces labdips samples lots, bulk lots.with best RFT %.& cost awaeness. The yarn & fabric components are cotton, linen, viscose, wool, silk, polyester, nylon & its common blends.

Working on daily functioning plan to department & target planning for achieved best percentage of Order on date delivery.(ODD)

Work on advance planning, labour handling & administrations.

Keep a strict check on production operation/standard operating process, time consumption and their feasibility before taking in production process.

Analysis the daily problems and give timely technical solution to them.

Maintain reasonable stock of dye stuff, auxiliaries, laboratory chemicals, ETP chemicals, Boiler chemicals & handled inventory management with application of latest techniques, denfine norms of consumption of inputs and introduced process control to minimum wastages.

Implement process slip & shade history card for each & every process & lots as reference.

Analysis existing process/procedures and conditioning trials, critical analysis for finding out short comings and suggesting improvement measures. This will helps us reviewing SoPs and strict compliances of QMS & IMS standards.

Focus on RFT, by strengthening lap to bulk repeatability and strict follow of SoPs in production process n daily addition reports.

Daily meetings with sub-ordinance for better involment in process and achieved the company goals.

Handling Lab planning, process development, shade matching & its strict implementations.

Handling textiles/fiber testing both physical test and chemical, test which include fiber identifications, blends% fabrics analysis EPI, PPI, GSM, fastness test, etc, as per customers technical requirements & compliance.

Expertise colour matching and approvals, calibration data bank creation, feeding in spectro photometer (MINOLTA 1.3 D virson) and make them reliable Practical data.

Handling the quality testing of in coming dyes stuffs, auxiliary chemicals, fabrics trims etc, and approval for quality productions,of garments & home furnishing .

Conducting specialized training for sub-orient, to handing of deferent textiles processing

& testing laboratory.

Handling auto-dispensing (DATA colour) m/s, for lab accuracy & functions.

Monitoring the ETP operations-additions of chemicals, operating conditions and analysis, Log-book etc & Compliance.

Monitoring Boiler intake water testing, chemicals additions blow down water analysis and record keeping for compliance.

Productivity analysis as compare to installed capicity and over all efficency of plant

(OEE % )

Dealing with dyeing job work provider & attend its query,complience norms,& if any complains.

Quality Assurance

Work on putting new & better quality monitoring system in the organisation in order to minimize rejection rate, reducing the time wastages, & production cost.

To indentify problems during production cycle that could affect the quality of merchandise and to take all necessary actions to ensure that quality standards, accordance with the requirements for the company.

Systemize of daily productivity checking on floors and overall efficiency (OEE).

To conduct trainings session on quality standards, quality control system, procedures, production technology and problem solving along with IMS, TQM & its indicator, Kiazen, 5"s"etc.

To analysis customer complains by modern tools like RCA & CAPA to mininse in future.

To use the performance appraisal system to identify qualified performance in the each dept. and to ensure as for as possible, they developed through internal and external training or professional development programms for career enhancement.

Introduce traffic light quality control system & strict enforcement and implementation of AQL standard.

To maintain safety regulation/requirement like PPE/fire safety/smoke detector etc. for compleance norms & create better healthy safe environment for accident free working. Break down maintenance :

Constant watch on daily break down of machines and its related production loss.

Weekly review with maintenance head & its corrective action to reduce down time of machine

Compliance of weekly, monthly quarterly half yearly and annually preventive maintenance with schedule shut down to reduce down time of machines and increasing shelf life of machine.

Technical Assistance

Fabric construction, reed pick calculation, Gsm,& its costing estimination for sourcing from vender on reasonable price.

Out scouring of required fabric quality, design with better quality of trims.

Processing of fabrics like dyeing, printing, finishing &other value addition to achieved desire fabric quality to customer problems solving attitude for better utilization of fabrics

,without affecting the quality of garments.

Composition of fabrics blends testing to ensure the customer composition testing requirements& labeling.

Ensure the customer parameter,like fastness to rubbing (dry& wet), fastness to water, fastness to washing, fastness to crocking,fastness to perspiration, fastness to light, ph testing of fabrics/garment.etc. • Shade matching visually & spectrocally (through spectro photo meter) & lots segregation for cutting.
