●Collect information from the HFC’s (Home Furniture Consultants) on what the customers prerequisites will be financially and for delivery of the merchandise.

●Confirming that the delivery information is accurate for the day of delivery when providing the time period to the customer the day before.

●Supporting the HFC’s with daily undertakings to advise the customers if backorders, special orders, have arrived & if we can schedule delivery. Advising customers when lay-a-way payments are due or if stock product will be discontinued.
