• Checking on clients to ensure their symptoms are under control.
• Being a hub of information clients can refer to for COVID-19 symptoms, the emergency symptoms of COVID-19, the vaccines available, how to gain access to the vaccines, and how to get connected with other health related services (i.e. health insurance, medical debt relief, primary care, behavioral health, housing, etc.).
