Screening the suitable candidate as per the job required skills.

Handle preliminary interview in order to check out their skill set, experience level, availability, before processing the profiles to panel.

Handling job posting, mass mailing.

Maintained the MIS report and generating the data bank for each position handled on day-to- day basis.

As per client feedback, scheduling the interview and following- up with the candidate. And ensuring to get offer and follow up till he joins the organization.

Submit daily report to Team Leader.

Weekly Performance review with Lead and Management.
