As a team leader, I ensured the floor team and I delivered an impeccable service to each and every customer, as well as ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and the bar. I was responsible for the upkeep of the yachts’ extremely expensive interiors as well as providing hospitality and service to the highest of standards, keeping in line with owners and guests’ expectations. On 50-70 metre motor and sailing yachts, I travelled around the world including Europe, Antarctica, the Americas and Australia.
