JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes with garnish within the speciality section.

Assisting the head chef and sous chef in creating recipes and developing dishes.

Follow the instructions and recommendation from the immediate superior to complete the task.

To follow the HACCP in daily basic operation, manage food cost and inventory.

To keep dry storage and cold storage need and tidy, always be active in briefing. SKILLS:

Demonstrated knowledge of culinary technique and practices.

Work in team, under pressure and quick learner.

Strong leadership ability and adaptability.

Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
