The products targeted traders within the informal and Informal sectors since we are a Microfinance Institution: Traders, transport operators, SMEs, and financial sectors. They are Galaxy Flex Pay- (Hire Purchase), Ekuo Nkosuo- (Group Loan), Auto Loan, Micro Loans- (individual Loan) and Personal Loan. All product features, requirements and qualifications for each product below are captured in Galaxy Product manual booklet present in all our branches.

Customer Relationship Management: (Galaxy Loyalty Club) in championing good customer relations, I came out with Galaxy Loyalty Club as a scheme to award loyal customers- (Depositors, investments and loan) build to help build a lasting relationship for business growth.

Group Loans (Ekuo Nkosuo): Developed groups, drafted policy manual for at least (15 minimums and 25 maximum) member-group from 2016 across all our various branches of Accra.

Auto Loans (Taxi and Union Drivers): Targets Taxi and Trotro drivers who qualify for loans only if they belong to any union like Protoa, Lion, and GPRTU of TUC. This Started from La to Accra Business Centre, Dansoman, Kaneshie, 37, Lapaz, Madina and Kasoa branches.

Micro Loans (Individual): This product was developed for individual traders in the lower income bracket for clients/customers within our catchment areas or branches who have saved with us for 3 months. Their deposits are used as collaterals to secure their facilities for Galaxy Susu, Susu plus or Plus Savings depositors.

Galaxy Flex Pay (Hire Purchase): This diversification was our “cash cow” from the usual loan disbursement. With drafted policy paper/manual the product Targeted groups unions, SMEs individuals. Companies and unions we supplied appliances to were GPHA worker’s union, Nestle, unilever, schools, churches traders and savings clients.

Savings Products: Galaxy Susu, Galaxy Susu Plus and Galaxy Plus Savings are developed for customer
