Experience

My experience has taught me that one can accomplish anything you set your mind to either by doing it personally or by means of encouraging someone else ( Delegation of work tasks).

In all that I have done and what I have learnt has helped me to understand fellow workers and to help and assist where I can. Sometimes leaders don’t always lead from the front but let his or her staff or assistants take initiative to let them grow.

In the engineering field, I have learnt welding and motor vehicle body repair as well as mechanical problems, to assess and also to repair. This included learning valuable ideas in mining and how to develope those ideas to become cost effective and lucrative for the company and clients alike .

In the property and construction industry I have leant not only the ways and building techniques but laws governing land use and zoning as well as property management which have one key factor in it. [TRUST]. Tenants and clients alike must be able to trust you implicitly for it to work.

In logistics I have learnt that not only must goods be on time but to respect the man or woman who get them there. To work in conjunction with a team is key in the industry.

In the entertainment industry I have learnt to be assertive but also welcoming and provide adequate security and comfort for everyone who attends to enjoy themselves to their fullest.

Through all these I have leant to be assertive, coordinated, fixed on the end result and to be a Good leader worthy of respect.
