Roles and Responsibilities:

● Reviews the budgets for the project and budget modifications and submit the same to the Program Area Accountant for incorporation into project budgets

● Reviews Project financial reports investigating project variances before submitting to the Project Officer and Zonal Accountant

● Prepare and submits monthly grant BVA (Budget versus Actual) to the Project Manager

● Regular field visits to all project areas to verify that resources are optimally used and verify data Provide orientation training for MIS, Computerized MIS, Interpretation, analysis & Reporting for the project staff members

● Review and verification of all the reports like Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Progress Report, to be sent to Zonal Office and ensure their timely submission.

● Develop the various Monitoring and Evaluation Tools at all levels to assess the performance of the project.

● Receiving Quotation from Vendors and Segregate L1 Rates.

● Ensures upkeep of company’s property & assets with proper documentation under the project area.

● New Project areas - office Set up, Rent Negotiations, Fulfilling Agreement Formalities.

● Supported while the documentary film for the project (Itinerary preparation, sketching, art work, budget tracking etc,.)
