Design, development, operation, and maintenance of Smart Cities at Tirupati for 27.025kms. for project value 680crs.It also includes the construction of elevated smart corridor including beautification of streets for 6kms, streetscape design, landscaping, and intersection Re-design in Tirupathi under smart cities mission.

Description of work:

Checking of Drawings.

Preparation of Casting Yard.

Quantity Calculations of material for the Project.

Preparation of Beds for Segment Casting, Gantry and also Reinforcement Zigs preparation for segments reinforcement tying.

BBS Making for Segments and also profiling coordinate for tendons location as per as per drawings

Casting of Precasting Structures like Segments

Strands laying in tendons and post tension stressing, grouting is done

Preparation of daily and Monthly Program, Planning Report.

CHENNAI METRO RAIL PROJECT :

Design & Construction of Underground metro station at Chennai central for a project value of 450 crores. Chennai Central Station is one of the largest Metro Rail stations in Asia and the Largest station in India (75000Sqm built-up area). The width of the station is 35m and the depth is 30m having two levels of the platform. Road work at a surface level above metro rail excavation closed area

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Construction of Internal Elements like Platform Wall, Platform Slab, RCC Wall for Room and Staircases. Construction of block work (3000Cum) and plastering.

BBS preparation for platform slab and also for staircases.

Planning of day to day program and completion.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure all typical details, cross- sections, dimensions, etc. as required for execution are available.

Highlight discrepancies if any in drawings concerning site condition.

Monitor Safety & Quality aspects and ensure the contractor meets the contractual obligations.

Monitor the progress of works as per the construction schedule Implementation of HSE as per the ISO norms.

Prepare and report day to day work schedules, Prepare DPR, MPR for project reviews, and necessary follow up with the contractors to catch up with the delay.

Read plans and blueprints and communicated to workers
