Working on ECI NMS-SDH-Fiber (version Light soft V11) and UBR NMS-PDH Wireless.
Working knowledge on Leased Lines (MPLS, DLC, ILL, PRI Lines) & ECI Mux’s (BG’s, XDM’s, SDM’s)
Configuration New E1’s, deleting, Migration, rerouting of STM-n, E1 and Ethernet Links.
Testing, troubleshooting of Leased lines (MPLS, DLC, ILL, PRI) and restoration of STM-n, E1 and Ethernet Links.
Responsibility for alarm monitoring and alarm management for all network services within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible Engineer / shift Head / Field Engineer.
Fault Analysis, Corrective and Preventive action to reduce fault rate and improve network availability.

Taking Backups, performance logs and maintaining database.
Root cause analysis of potential and traffic outage related problems and troubleshoot of SDH circuits ranging from E1 to STM-64 bandwidth.
Escalating the problems to concern team and ensure the minimum restoration time, maintaining quality Trouble ticket and strict follow-up of SLA (Service Level Agreement).
To coordinate with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, equipment configuration, optical link losses, hardware faults and PDH faults (Microwave).
Outage, commission and disconnection Report preparation & validation and Report circulation & analysis. Working in a rotational shift (24 x 7).
