1. Sept/2009 – Present, working as HR & ADMIN – Manager in a Construction Company called Golden Eagle Foundation at Trivandrum site.
In this Construction company, I have 8+ years of experience.
2. Dec/2006-May/2008: Worked as the HR & ADMIN Executive in Suzlon Infrastructure Services Limited, O & M Division. This company, I have 1.6 year experienced.It was an Engineering company.
3. June/2002-July/2005: worked as an Assistant HR & ADMIN in a DKD Engineering Pvt Ltd. In this company 3.1 years experienced. It was the Engineering Company also.
Total years of experience: - 12+ years.
Responsibilities:-
Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
Mobilization and induction of new employees
To handle Promotions and transfers for employees.
To maintain muster roll- Register and leave management.
Payroll management and monthly salary processing.
Taking care of factory statutory aspects.
To ensure that all the employees follow/adhere to the company rules/regulations.
Conducting regular meeting for employees’ Grievance Redressel.
Submit all returns in time in order to ensure that all statutory requirements are met on time.
To handle - Liaison with Government authorities, Factory license renewal, statutory returns.
Handling Gratuity, ISO and compliance/Statutory records & registers.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement for employees in consultation with the management.
Conducting various welfare activities for employees.
Standardizing all HR practices and formulating the HR manual.
To handle other registers like-Register of Wages, Register of Deductions, Register of Overtime, Register of Fines, Register of Advances, Wage Slips and Register of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Safety and health workplace awareness &First-Aid Boxes in the office to be maintained, training provided and managed.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
To handle performance appraisal.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
To provide administrative support and assistance to the relevant department.
To provide data and preparing management information reports and documents.
Administrating staff benefits, programs and events.
To create workorder for vendors like technical and non-technical contractors.
Managing the office equipment - procurements, functioning, maintenance and requirements of all office equipment like CCTV cameras, intercom systems, cabling, computers, printers, data cards, mobile phones, generators, inverters, UPS etc.
Managing office uniforms - the procurements, usage, returns, repairs, maintenance of all office uniforms.
Managing stationary procurement, safety, storage and judicious distribution.
Managing office electricity, water & diesel consumption and judicious usage.
To perform ad-hoc duties.
To handle Corporate Travel desk and Visas.
To handle Public Relation activities.
To handle marketing management.
To maintain all details of service agreements with clients.
To maintain all vehicles insurance and there records in update.

3.Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations(PGD PM & IR)affiliated to M.S.University, year of passed in 1998.It was a two-yearsfull time course with four semesters and approved by AITCE.
4.BA. (English Literature)affiliated to M.S.University, year of passed in 1996.
