JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

P.A/ PRINCIPAL CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY TO THE DIRECTOR/HEAD, ABUJA LIAISON OFFICE

Serves as the primary contact to the Director, Abuja Liaison office

Acts as recorder at confidential meetings

Coordinates staff matters and maintain resource files

Represents the leadership as the need arises par time

Participates in procedures review and development plan

Monitor and report on collaborations with other agencies

Attend all leadership meetings and training / outreach programs

Communicates and promotes the Institute’s mission, vision and services

Track, record keeping and maintenance of registered postings and Master List

Coordinates administrative schedules, team meetings and assigning action items

Ensures compliance with operational/travel regulations and all utility payments

Collects, document and process all research reports, surveys & data for management decisions

Monitoring/reconciliation of prompt contact and service delivery with our donors and partners

Liaise between the office and stakeholders to collect relevant information for the running of the office

Carries out other duties as assigned
