My partner and I owned two ‘King Pie’ outlets. My roles included: Store management, stock take and inventory, customer service, bookkeeping, advertising, sales, etc.

Patient medical status:
3 strokes & 1 heart attack in two years. High blood pressure, PEG tube, Patient survived 2 strokes & 1 heart attack as a result his right side is paralysed, unable to communicate, all meals are administered through a peg tube, has no bowel control resulting in the use of diapers. Also suffers high blood pressure.
Daily duties:
- Monitor Vitals (blood pressure / pulse / temperature)
- Nebulise
- Prepare meals
- Administer meals / water & medication through peg tube
- Maintain daily hygiene & grooming (bathing/teeth/hair/ nails/shaving/changing diapers/dressing)
