Patient medical status:
3 strokes & 1 heart attack in two years. High blood pressure, PEG tube, Patient survived 2 strokes & 1 heart attack as a result his right side is paralysed, unable to communicate, all meals are administered through a peg tube, has no bowel control resulting in the use of diapers. Also suffers high blood pressure.
Daily duties:
