In manufacturing, kept reject rate under 1% and after Final Inspection zero failures in the field. Also kept extensive traceability documentation to prove materials were in compliance until departure. Met and exceeded Customer expectations.
I reduced employee turnover rate by conducting Team Development exercises, while I was a Purchasing Agent, I reduced Annual total cost of materials by 6 figures+. Involved in R & D, I modified our manufacturing processes, which in turn made our equipment last longer and a better product. Time, Labor, & Materials studies beginning with the raw product and materials used to make a product I conducted a Full Traceability Record.
