Payroll Management & HRMS:
Payroll administration and assist in managing all elements associated with Working Hours and Payments.
Involved in the Payroll Management and Salary Administration process.

Liaison:

Contract Labour:
Maintain Contract Labour Statutory Registers i.e Muster, Wage, Over Time, Advance Registers etc.
Prepare and Maintain the ESI & PF of Contract Labour.
Liaising with Government Departments and regulatory authorities Labour, EPFO, ESIC for obtaining necessary licenses / sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Coordinating and preparation of the monthly Payroll and compilation of Annual Increments, Bonus, Over Time, other allowances etc.
Ensure timely process of Full & Final, Bonus, Gratuity and PF Claims settlements for the resigned employees.
Working out various Remuneration policies, Salary Structures including pay packages for newly hired employees and executing the same.
Recruitment & Selection:
Handled Full Life Cycle of Recruitment, Selection and Manpower Planning of various categories of Employees.
Sourcing, initial screening, Preliminary Interview, Final Interview, Salary fixation, Issuing Offer/ Appointment Letters.
Training & Competency Management:
Identifying the training needs and facilitating off-the-job/on-the-job training with external agencies, Coordinating In-house training and seminars.

Performance Appraisal:
Administer Performance Management System (PMS) and Identify scope for enhancement of the same.

Employee Welfare:
Ensure statutory & Non-statutory welfare of the employees.
Renewal of employees’ Group Mediclaim Policy premiums and Group Personal Accident Insurance policies.
Personnel Management:
Personnel functions relating to Manpower Planning, Confirmation of Services, Promotions, Resignations, Conducting Exit Interviews, Verification of character antecedents and other related matters in connection with personal functions.
Maintaining Employees Attendance, Compilation of Absence Reports and Leave Status. Increasing the employee Job Satisfaction in terms of productivity, process and unauthorized absenteeism through various programs.
General Administration:
Responsible for all the administration activities handling day-to-day activities in co-ordination with internal/external departments for smooth operations.

Outsourcing contracts with Security, Housekeeping, Pest Control and Maintenance.
