After closing 57 loans in residential and commercial finance, I transitioned into team leader and hiring manager/trainer. During the following two years, I hired 22 loan officers and in most cases, trained and mentored these individuals. During 1997, our team closed just over 200 loans with a total value of over $82,500,000. 1998 saw an increase of 8% over 97.

After an unpleasant auto buying experience in 05, I decided to switch gears in my career and add an option to, and change the way people purchase autos in an ever changing internet obsessed society. The premise: Simple tell us the auto you want. Options and Price. We'll find it, inspect and detail it then deliver it to you door without every leaving your house.

Sounded great to me. Getting others to agree to buy a car, sight unseen was all together another thing entirely. After a couple years of failure, I completely redesigned the operating elements of the company and brought on a large sales force with 1099 independent contractor status. The following several years were filled with purchasing, recruiting and training a sales force in a completely new market all while further developing necessary relationships to achieve success in the auto sales business.
