Monitor daily dispatch plan.

Trucks planning and allocating D.O. to particular trucks destination wise.

Vendor & contract Management

Monitor truck-reporting pattern on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Rejecting of trucks if found not worthy of loading.

Monitoring of Internal shifting of finished products.

Final checking of dispatch documents.

Responsible for receipt & warehousing of finished products.

Co-ordination with transporters for trucks placements destination wise.

Monitoring and distribution of daily stock statements.

End User of SAP, ERP System Sales & Distribution Module.

Inventory Management

GRN preparation & Stock maintenance.
