Present Organization

• Worked on China Petroleum LDS project Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas Ltd under NASSER ALI ATTAF as Electrical

foreman from Nov 2016 to Jan 2021.

• Completed 2 Shutdown project of electrical PCC,MCC, LT & HT Switch gear.

• Overhauling work and LT motor, Capacitor bank, Transformer, Bus Duct, Battery Bank, ACB,VCB.

• Old Pipe line demolition by cold cutter & new installation of 38inch & 42inch.

• Completed Leak Detection Project & installation on GT pumps.

• Completed Flood Light installation in all NGPD area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing work according to work permit procedure of Aramco (Hot, Cold, CSE & gas release with loto system JSA &

HIP)

• Installation and maintenance of variable voltage lights all over the Plant site (120V,240V,480V).

• Motor control center (MCC) Power Control Center (PCC),480V molded case breaker primary current injection and

timing test of long time delay, short time delay and instantaneous, overload current setting.

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of EOT crane of 50 ton include Hoist motor long travelling motor and cross

travel motor and drive maintenance.

• Local equipment or system faults and operating irregularities through diagnostic tests, measurement and other analysis.

• Nature of repair/modification to be made and replacement parts required locate specification sheets and manufacturer’s

technical data and review blueprints and electrical diagrams as necessary. Perform necessary maintenance on assigned

equipment’s and subsequently run operating test to ensure satisfactory repair.

• Use of electrical codes to solve problem by reading electrical diagram.

• Remove and install Electrical Motor repair and adjust contractors and controllers. Perform preventive and predictive

maintenance on electrical equipment

• Diagnose and understand motor problem including winding rotor and connection formation and make necessary repairs

also understand motor operational parameters starting overload protection (BMR) direct online on starting.

• Troubleshoot complex control circuits including interlocks, input/output functions.

• Make coordination with plant control room MCR & Electrical Supervisor.

• Sub Station shift activities like reading, measuring of electrical equipment, current

• Measuring whenever required to check overloading. Transformer reading & observation, closed watch on substation

equipment like HT/LT switchboards, PCC, MCC, EMCC battery bank, UPS, Lighting distribution board .

• Fast reliable and independent capacity investigation study and trouble shooting in electrical protection system on tripping

and restoration of the same, in case emergency where service continuity of the power supply system is at premium.

• Taking charge by previous shift technician & giving charge to next shift technician with detail reports in verbal & Written

what activity/jobs completed & what jobs going on.

• Whenever in shift welding machine, electrical connection in plant provide extension board/hand lamp connections

required through valid work permits

• Shut down job activities like overhauling of HV/LV SWGR HT/LT motors,transformers PCC,

• MCC,LDB,EMCC,UPS in substation and plant

• Maintenance of battery bank of nickel cadmium and lead acid cell

• Perform preventive maintenance and check list as per standards

• Keep tools equipments and work area clean, organized and in good working condition.
