MENTAL HEALTH TECH-BRIDGE WAY HOSPITAL

Responsible for charting and recorded information in client files, vital signs, tracking client movement on and off the unit by documenting times and destinations of all clients. Checking unit for open windows, locked doors, and other safety hazards. Quickly responded to crisis when severe mental health and behavioral issue arose. Collaborated closely with treatment team to appropriately coordinate client care services. Taught clients anger management techniques, Impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills and functional living skills. Currently certified in CPR, First Aid, CPI, Participated in suicide Invention skills training.

I feel like I received a stella education and continue learning about my Christian values. I did 600 hundred hours of Internship under the supervision of “Candace Carter LPC” Bridge Way Hospital North Little Rock Arkansas and has been granted to take the National Board Exam for my licensee. The courses taking during my education are Introduction to mental Health, crisis in counseling, family sexuality, theories and techniques of counseling, diagnosis and case management, advance psychopharmacology, social and cultural foundation, professional development and ethics, statistics and research, assessment, addictions, Christian foundation in counseling, human development, family of origin, career development information and vocational education
