Collaborated with Vice Presidents and senior managers to ensure performance management and workforce planning initiatives aligned with the business objectives. Managed human resources for 500+ direct, agency, subcontracted and Union craft employees.

Coached Vice Presidents, managers, supervisors, and team leaders on best practices for addressing employee behavior, One on One Performance reviews, performance concerns, development opportunities and disciplinary actions.

Facilitated investigations while maintaining, documenting, and closing out incident reports. Partnered with the Legal department and outside counsel on EEOC complaints and letters to sue. We were successful in this area by winning cases that were against the company, this success was due to me holding Managers and Supervisors accountable for their employees.
